Letter From a Dictator
Being around dictators is no fun. It’s even less fun when you are a dictator yourself and are surrounded by other dictators (they usually don’t like each other very much). Josip Broz Tito, the Yugoslavian dictator, could tell you all about it.
He and Joseph Stalin didn’t see eye to eye, and apparently, Stalin tried to assassinate Tito more than twenty times during a short time span.
Farto da situação, ele decidiu enviar uma cartaFed up with the situation, he decided to send a letter to Stalin saying: ”Stop sending people to kill me. We’ve already captured five of them, one of them with a bomb and another with a rifle. If you don’t stop sending killers, I’ll send one to Moscow, and I won’t have to send a second.”
Tito lived until he was 87 years old.
