1. Introduction
Welcome to DailyNata, an online platform for learning European Portuguese. By using our services (both free and paid), you agree to the terms outlined below. DailyNata is registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 91608643.
These terms apply to both our free email newsletter and our paid subscription service, DailyNata Plus.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
- Free Email Subscription: Our email newsletter is free to all subscribers.
- DailyNata Plus: Paid access to our learning platform at learn.dailynata.com with additional features and in-depth lessons.
- You can choose between monthly or yearly subscriptions.
- Billing Period: The billing period starts from the day you sign up and continues for a full month or year, depending on your plan.
- Payments are handled securely via Stripe, and we accept all major credit cards and SEPA transfers.
3. Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your DailyNata Plus subscription, you must do so at least 3 working days before the end of your billing period using this link: Managing Your Plus Membership.
- Once canceled, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
- If you wish to unsubscribe from our free emails, simply click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive.
4. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for subscriptions. However, if you are unsure about subscribing to DailyNata Plus, you may contact us to request a short trial before committing.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Payment for subscriptions is charged automatically based on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of your access to DailyNata Plus.
6. User Responsibilities
- Your Plus subscription is personal and must not be shared with others. This includes not sharing login details or any materials from the platform with anyone.
- Users must treat the platform and its community with respect. Abusive behaviour, including misuse of the comments section or offensive language, will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
7. Termination by DailyNata
- We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without refund if you are found to be in breach of these terms, particularly if you share your account or misuse the platform.
8. Content Ownership and Usage
- All materials on DailyNata Plus, including lessons, stories, exercises, and any other content, are the intellectual property of DailyNata and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If any changes significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email.
- Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
